1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or Verra Wellness Services, including visiting, browsing, or booking classes or treatments, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service and any additional rules or policies published on the Site. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Changes to Terms

Verra Wellness reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site, and the "Effective Date" will be revised. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Purchasing and Using Memberships/Packages

3.1 All classes offered are the duration advertised on the website or schedule. 3.2 Memberships, class packs, or individual classes can be purchased via the Site, the Verra Wellness app, or directly in studio. Prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change at our discretion. 3.3 Subject to applicable consumer rights, all charges for memberships or class packs are non-refundable. 3.4 Membership Activation and Duration: Memberships are charged and activated immediately on the date of purchase and have a minimum period of 3 months. To cancel, you must provide 30 days' notice prior to the end of the third month. Memberships are non-transferable. Class packs start from the date of first booking and have validity periods specified at purchase. Class packs cannot be extended except for medical reasons with a doctor's note. Class packs are non-transferable and non-sharable. 3.5 Payments: All online payments must be made via our payment provider. Transactions are subject to validation by your card issuer, and Verra Wellness is not responsible if a card is declined. Any processing or handling fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. Purchases made in-studio or via phone are subject to the same terms, and cash payments are accepted. 3.6 Promotions: Promotional codes may apply only to specific memberships/packages unless otherwise stated and confirmed in writing. 3.7 When subscribing, you are automatically added to our mailing list. You may unsubscribe after receiving the first email. 3.8 Class packs and memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-sharable. 3.9 Unlimited monthly memberships may be paused once for one month within a 12-month period after the initial 3-month minimum, at the discretion of the Studio. 3.10 Private sessions must be booked via hello@verrawellness.co and paid in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session credit may be retained for a future session.

4. Membership Billing and Subscriptions

4.1 You will be billed automatically for your membership unless canceled via your account page. 4.2 Memberships automatically renew until canceled. 4.3 Terms and conditions for billing cycles and auto-renewal apply as outlined on the Site.

5. Cancelling a Membership & Closing Your Account

5.1 All memberships require 30 days' notice prior to the end of the third month to cancel after the initial minimum period. Contact hello@verrawellness.co to cancel. 5.2 You may close your account anytime via the Site or by contacting us. 5.3 We may close your account if we believe you breach any Terms. 5.4 Access Post-Cancellation: You will retain access to paid features through the remainder of the term you purchased.

6. Your Health and Wellbeing

6.1 At registration and during use of our facilities/services, you must be in good health and free of conditions that would prevent safe participation. Failure to disclose health or injury risks to instructors may result in being asked to leave a class. 6.2 Classes, including hot classes up to 35°C, involve intense physical exercise. Participation is at your own risk. You should consult a healthcare professional if unsure about your fitness for classes. Instructor advice does not constitute medical advice. 6.3 You must follow instructors' directions at all times. You may not train or coach others without permission.

7. Medical Disclaimer

7.1 By accessing our services, you acknowledge that classes may be physically demanding. You warrant that you are fit and healthy to participate. You waive all claims arising from your participation. 7.2 Prohibited behaviors include (but are not limited to): Impersonating others or offensive conduct Commercial use of accounts or services Unauthorized account transfer or sale Violating network rules, hacking, or uploading malware Copyright infringement or posting illegal/offensive content Interfering with the Site, services, or other users 7.3 Breach of these rules may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your account.

8. Cancellation of Classes / No-Shows / Late Entry

8.1 Cancellations: Pay-as-you-go or commitment members: Cancel 12 hours before class to retain credit. Late cancellations forfeit credit. Other memberships: Late cancellations incur AED 50; no-shows incur AED 100. 8.2 No Shows: Persistent no-shows may result in suspension or termination. After 3 no-shows, your account may be suspended until contact. 8.3 Late Entry: Entry after class start is not permitted. Credits or fines apply. First-timers must arrive at least 5 minutes before class for introductions.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. 9.2 Verra Wellness is not liable for: Service unavailability, technical issues, or outages Device damage, viruses, or malware Loss of internet connectivity or mobile charges Unforeseeable losses beyond the purchase price of subscriptions/classes 9.3 Participation in hot or standard classes is at your own risk.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

10.1 Your personal data is protected under our Privacy and Cookies Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to UAE courts' exclusive jurisdiction.
